5. Willliam Cox was born about 1824.

He was married to Rhoda. Rhoda was born about 1823. Willliam Cox and Rhoda had the following children:

32 i. Leander Cox was born about 1844 in [Ashe County, North Carolina]. He served in the military between 27 Aug 1861 and 27 May 1862 in Civil War. He died on 27 May 1862 in Portsmith Grove, Rhode Island. He was buried in Cypress Hill Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.
33 ii. Felix Cox was born about 1845.
34 iii. Elisa Cox was born about 1847.
35 iv. James Cox was born about 1849.
36 v. Mary Cox was born about 1859.
